Brad Creekmore BSN, MSN, FNP-BCBrad Creekmore BSN, MSN, FNP-BC has served as a registered nurse in various locations in the West Tennessee area and has been registered as an Advanced Practice Nurse and certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brad received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees locally from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee and has worked in ICU settings in both Memphis and Jackson. Brad served as both President and Class Representative for both educational tracts while at Union and also as President and Vice-President for Keep Jackson Beautiful. Brad strives to integrate a holistic approach to medicine while treating patients who are not enjoying life to the fullest. He is accomplishing this by incorporating the latest in medicinal and therapeutic techniques, as well as functional procedures, to help patients decrease their pain, recover faster, and encourage wellness and a pain free life style.

Brad has trained in several of the most advanced integrated facilities in Tennessee in the area of musculoskeletal rehabilitation including state of the art specific trigger point and joint injection procedures.  He has completed a course of study with  the GE musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound program.  He has also received extensive one-on-one training from leading national expert, Jeannine Noble, PT, MS, in musculoskeletal sonagraphy guided injections of major joint injections, paraspinal injections, and peripheral soft tissue injections.  Finally, Brad has been certified in multiple advanced pain management procedures after completing an extensive course of study from Empire Medical Training Institute based out of  Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. 

Brad is married to Penny Creekmore, who also practices in this area as a Nurse Practitioner, and lives with her and his son Baker in Three Way, Tennessee.
